The vault does not move, so distance matters. Every page below gives the honest drive time and the local reason clients there keep assets off the property.

Fort Lauderdale neighbourhoods
Galt Ocean Mile
At the vault
The vault is on the Galt Ocean Mile itself, on North Ocean Boulevard. For residents of the oceanfront towers this is a walk, not a drive.
Las Olas
12 min drive
A straight run down A1A or Federal Highway. Common for downtown law firms and Las Olas residents holding estate documents and high jewelry.
Victoria Park
13 min drive
Older housing stock close to the New River, where flood exposure is a live concern for paper documents and photographs.
Coral Ridge
6 min drive
Minutes south of the vault along Bayview or Federal. Many Coral Ridge clients are seasonal and want assets secured while the house is empty.
Rio Vista
16 min drive
Waterfront property either side of the New River. Storm surge, not burglary, is usually the reason Rio Vista clients call.
Harbor Beach
19 min drive
A private, gated barrier-island community. Discreet collection and delivery by unmarked vehicle is available to the door.
Downtown Fort Lauderdale
14 min drive
Convenient for the Broward County Courthouse and the downtown legal corridor. Corporate records and executed originals are the usual cargo.
Coastal communities
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea
5 min drive
The closest municipality to the vault — a few minutes north on A1A. Low-rise oceanfront homes with limited on-site security.
Sea Ranch Lakes
4 min drive
A small gated village directly adjacent to the vault. Effectively a neighbour.
Hillsboro Beach
22 min drive
A narrow barrier strip between the Intracoastal and the ocean — among the most surge-exposed addresses in Broward County.
Cities across Broward and beyond
Wilton Manors
12 min drive
A short drive inland via Oakland Park Boulevard. Popular with clients consolidating collections after downsizing.
Oakland Park
9 min drive
Straight west of the vault on Oakland Park Boulevard. One of the easiest approaches during season traffic.
Pompano Beach
13 min drive
North along A1A or Federal. Growing high-rise oceanfront where new owners often have no vault option in the building.
Lighthouse Point
18 min drive
Canal-front homes with direct ocean access. Boat owners here often store documentation and titles off-site.
Deerfield Beach
25 min drive
The northern edge of our regular service area, close to the Palm Beach County line.
Boca Raton
30 min drive
Palm Beach County clients regularly drive south rather than use a bank box, largely because of trust rental and beneficiary access.
Plantation
22 min drive
Inland Broward, west on Broward Boulevard or the 595. Less surge risk, but the same burglary and estate concerns.
Davie
25 min drive
Large lots and outbuildings, which tend to create a false sense of security about what is stored on the property.
Sunrise
26 min drive
Western Broward, reached via Sunrise Boulevard or the Sawgrass. Convenient for clients coming from the Sawgrass corridor.
Weston
33 min drive
The far western edge of the county. Weston clients typically consolidate one large box rather than make frequent visits.
Hollywood
24 min drive
South Broward, up A1A or the 95. Hollywood and Hallandale clients often come for the trust-rental structure.
Aventura
31 min drive
North Miami-Dade. Condo residents here rarely have building storage rated for anything of real value.
