Safe Storage for Wills, Deeds & Estate Documents
Original wills, trusts, deeds, and titles are irreplaceable in a way that valuables are not. A copy of a deed is not a deed. A destroyed original can cost an estate years in probate.
Private, by appointment. No account relationship required to visit.

Why this matters
The risk you are actually carrying
Paper is the asset most vulnerable to flood and storm surge, and South Florida sees both. Most home safes are neither waterproof nor airtight. Bank boxes carry a different problem: many are frozen on the death of the renter, which is exactly when the family needs the will.
Why clients store legal & estate documents here
- The vault is waterproof and airtight — sealed against flood water and humidity.
- Boxes can be rented in the name of a trust so the box is not frozen at death and does not enter probate.
- Beneficiary designation gives named parties immediate, documented access.
- On-site notary service means you can execute and store in one visit.
Which box size fits
Documents are flat and light. A 3×5×24 or 3×10×24 holds a full estate file comfortably. Add a size if you are also storing passports and family records.
Common questions
- Is a box frozen when the renter dies?
- Not here, if the box is rented through a trust or has a beneficiary on file. That is the single most common reason clients move a box away from a bank.
- Can my attorney be an authorised agent?
- Yes. You may designate authorised agents, and you may revoke them at any time.
- Do you offer a notary?
- Yes, on site, by appointment.
